In Spain, we successfully repaired the idle bearing of the GHCK 1060 NAVILUS® marine propulsion gearbox, demonstrating our expertise in the maritime field. Our after-sales team conducted a comprehensive inspection and repair of the gearbox to ensure that it can operate stably in the offshore environment. At the same time, we also provide 24-hour global gearbox support to ensure that customers can get timely help at any time.

At Vienna’s Danube Tower, our gearboxes were put back into service after a comprehensive technical overhaul, providing stable support for this landmark building for 60 years.

When a heavy thunderstorm disrupted the rotation of a landmark tower in Germany, we moved quickly to ship two Flender Redurex gear units to our factory in Flender for further inspection and repair. We overhauled the roller bearings, replaced the seals, and reworked the internal parts and the chain pinion attached to the output shaft.

After a successful test run, the two Redurex gearboxes were reinstalled on the Danube Tower and their rotational function was restored.
